The CA scores of some of my subjects have been finalised. Generally, I’m quite pleased with the scores. CA scores count the projects and tests throughout the year and are given 60% weightage. The remaining 40% comes from EOY…

DMP <3

Yay, today marks the start of the Differentiated Modules Programmes (DMP), and will last till 30 September.

Some results

1. I got 22/23 for Chemistry Open Book Test (OBA [A = Assignment]). It’s quite sad because I got full marks for the previous two OBAs. :(

1. I got 29/30 for Maths CCT. That’s the highest score for Math tests this year…

Teachers’ Day Celebrations

This year’s Celebrations were a little lame. :X

But the effort put in by students to thank their teachers was superb. LOL. Many people were crowding around Staff Room after celebrations to give them their presents.

Reality

I truly understand that everything in life happens inevitably. Therefore, I faced all the major examinations in this week with a positive attitude. And yes, Chinese Prelims are over, Maths CCT is over, and the 3-day-long Japanese Prelims are over too! xD

And yes, a lot of things in life are fated and cannot be avoided…

No school for the whole of next week!

o.O No school next week, because RI will be hosting Asia Pacific Conference on Giftedness (APCG) Youth Summit from 14 to 18 July. Don’t really understand what the whole thing is about though. :\

As such, I thought next week would be quite slack, but then it is e-learning. So instead of working in school using stationery, it’s working at home using computer. Oh, the good news is that 3rd language e-learning is on next week too, so yay!

Just finished all the Chinese work given, SS e-learning, Chemistry e-learning and one of the two Biology worksheets. Wanted to do Physics worksheets, but realised it’s too difficult, so I gave up. T_T

Beach-ily Fun!

It was another beach-y day! Arranged to meet up at 3 pm with my group members, but somehow, I was late again!

My dad told me it would take me 45 minutes to reach Pasir Ris Interchange on bus 88 from Bishan. But err, it took me 59 minutes, in fact. I reached at 3.11 pm. I was very sorry about that. T_T

Well, I went to @Club Asiasoft to retrieve the prize on my sister’s behalf. xD Somehow, it took me a very long time to walk from City Hall MRT to Suntec City Mall, and it took me even longer to find the place because Suntec City is just too big! Somemore, I didn’t know the place belongs to which tower. Zzz. Anyway…

New Wallet

I’ve been using the same wallet since Primary 1. After almost 10 years, my mother suddenly bought me a new wallet, ROFL.

Paper Cranes!

All Sec 4s have to fold paper cranes as a gift for the residents we will be helping as part of Sec 4 batch CIP! I folded a lot of it using pink pieces of paper, and also competed with my classmates in folding the fastest and folding the best and neatest! Gigglez. Then we got lame…

Rainy day + Recognition day

Was raining very heavily this morning. The path from my flat to the bus stop was flooded. Before reaching the bus stop, I have to cross the road, and the roads are also flooded! Between the bus stop and the traffic junction, the short path there was flooded to the height of my shoe! OMG. My feet were soaked in water for the whole day. LOL. Here I have a photo I took from the bus I was in.

A Sad Day

I know I didn’t do well for Geography CCT. The questions asked are very difficult to me, and of course, not everything I studied and memorised was needed in the test. Wasted hours and hours the past few days studying and memorising. Arghhh.
