Fun to be an Interviewer
July 28, 2008
Seriously, I didn’t know it’s that fun to interview someone!
Today, during CCA time, it was the leadership interview session. As a Sectional Leader, I got to sit in for the interviews, together with the EXCO and teacher-in-charge.
Well, of course, it’s not that fun to just sit in. As Kenneth and I are the SLs of Cello/Bass section, we were looking forward to the interview of our 3 juniors (who are cellists… no bassists ’cause they are not as good as them :() who are competing for the only one SL position.
Three of them had their interviews together. Kenneth and I shot many challenging questions at them, all pertaining to the current condition of our section. It was very fun to just sit comfortably on my chair and get them to answer questions!
:P Sigh, actually, I’m now in a dilemma as to who should be the SL. Analysing the candidates…
Davin, Sec 3, came in this year, and claimed that his advantage over the other 2 is that he’s more mature. Davin is very actively working on his skills and he’s better than some of the other Sec 2 slackers. =D
Zhong Hao, Sec 2, came in last year, and said that his advantage is that he’s more experienced (which is true). He’s the most enthusiastic, most skilled, and always most willing to try everything.
Kaicong, Sec 2, came in last year too, and said that his advantage is that he’s more vocal (which I don’t deny). I believe he’s the most capable in maintaining the discipline of the section.
So how?! LOL.
