Bus Encounters

Encounter #1

I’m sure you’ve seen people on the MRT leaning against the glass panel on the two sides of the door…

But you may not have seen people leaning against the card-reader at the exit door on a bus… Yes, I recently had this encounter of two guys standing at the exit door, with their backs covering both the card readers. And they were not gonna alight any sooner… They are just plain weird and inconsiderate. LOL.

Encounter #2

Just today, on a bus, I overheard a conversation between a boy of 4 to 5 years old and his mother… They were speaking mainly in some dialects, mixing Chinese in randomly. Wow, I didn’t know dialect-speaking families still exist among the younger generation in Singapore. o.O
