You know, I’m the Chinese subject rep and am in Sec 4. At the start of the year, we ordered Duzhe (a magazine from China) and BaoMiHua (a special weekly Wednesday’s issue as part of Lianhe Zaobao).

HMT Mid-Year, over!

o.O I sat for the Sec 4 Higher Chinese Commont Test today. Oops, I mean Common Test, but well, it is written as ‘Commont’ on the test papers. Tsk @ Chinese teachers. LOL~~~

You know, the photos of each and every one in my class are pasted on the protuding wall in the classroom. This morning, before the HMT Mid-Year Exam, mine just dropped. Oh my god, I was stunned. Could that be an ominous sign? Zzz, I quickly took up and pasted randomly onto the wall, ’cause its actual spot was too high for me to reach. Argh.

Tomorrow is the Terror

Tomorrow is the HMT Mid-Year Examination!

Paper 1: Two essays. First one is either Letter-writing or Speech-writing. Second one is either a narrative composition, an argumentative essay or a news article review. Total, 2 hours! 2 hours of non-stop writing!

Paper 2: 20m Cloze. 20m Summary. 70m Comprehension. If I’m not wrong, there are 4 sets of comprehension. Arghhhhh.

I need to rest well so I will have the stamina to write and write. For 4 hours, although there is a 40-min break in between the two papers. o.O

Yay. Didn’t take any naps today.

Finished English essay. Finished mugging for Chinese Mid-Year. Almost finished the ERP book. Left with about 40 pages…

Yippee. Tomorrow, I shall finish my English portfolio, ERP book and also mug for Biology CCT.

Paper Cranes!

All Sec 4s have to fold paper cranes as a gift for the residents we will be helping as part of Sec 4 batch CIP! I folded a lot of it using pink pieces of paper, and also competed with my classmates in folding the fastest and folding the best and neatest! Gigglez. Then we got lame…

Feeling good~

Finished two-thirds of my English Portfolio submission today. The remaining one-third is some weird goal organiser which I have got no idea how to do… Need to clarify.

Started reading the ERP (Extensive Reading Programme) book, Hullabaloo in the Guava Orchard by Kiran Desai, after 6 weeks of procrastination. LOL. I borrowed it on Week 1 Wed, renewed on Week 4 Tue, tried to renew again on Week 7 Tue, but argh, only can renew once… So returned and re-borrowed. And I’ve finally started reading, woots.
